On the app: Your Orders → tap the order → look for Archive order in the order actions. Wording varies slightly by app version, but it's the same archive feature as the website.
| What you want | What to use |
|---|---|
| Get it off the main Your Orders list | Archive order |
| Keep a Household member from seeing it | Amazon Household / profile sharing settings — archive does not hide an order from someone who shares the same Amazon Household |
| Cancel a purchase that hasn't shipped | Cancel items on that order, not archive |
| Remove it from existence | You generally can't fully delete an order history item; archive is the available hide |
Un-archiving: Your Orders has a filter or link for Archived orders. Open it, find the order, and choose Unarchive (or move it back). Receipts, returns, and invoices still work on archived orders.
Gift orders: buying with a gift option and shipping to another address hides the item from the recipient's unboxing in the usual way, but it does not archive the order on your Your Orders list — you still archive that separately if you want it off your list.
