Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 August 2026
These terms apply when you use askaiquestions.net. By using the tool you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
Ask AI Questions is free and never asks for payment or card details. There are no subscriptions, no paid plans and no billing of any kind. If a charge on your bank statement led you here, read Charges and billing below.
What the service does
askaiquestions.net lets you type a question or upload a photo and get an AI-generated answer, including follow-up questions in the same chat. It also publishes a library of researched answers you can read without asking anything. The tool is provided free of charge. There is no account, no registration and no paid plan.
Charges and billing
This service does not process payments. There is no subscription to cancel, no free trial that converts into a paid plan, and no place on this website where a card number can be entered. We have never charged a user and have no technical means of doing so.
If an unfamiliar entry on a bank or card statement is why you are here: the charge did not come from askaiquestions.net. Contact your bank or card issuer and ask them to identify the merchant — they can see the full merchant record, which we cannot. Your bank is also the right place to dispute a charge you did not authorise.
If you would like to tell us about it anyway, write to askaiquestionsonline@gmail.com and include the date and amount shown on your statement. We cannot look up, refund or cancel a payment we did not receive, but we do want to know when our name is being used this way.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- upload photos or text you have no right to use, including material protected by copyright or covered by a confidentiality obligation;
- submit unlawful, abusive or deliberately harmful material, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
- attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its limits, or access it through automated means at a scale that affects other users;
- present AI-generated output as your own work where doing so would breach an academic, professional or legal rule that applies to you.
We may limit or refuse access if the service is used in any of these ways.
Accuracy
Chat answers are produced by AI systems and can be incomplete, misleading or wrong. Published library pages are researched before they go up, but they can still be out of date. Do not rely on either for medical, legal, financial or academic decisions without checking a primary source. If your school or workplace restricts AI tools, those rules take precedence over anything this service allows.
Availability
The service is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or that limits will stay the same. We may change or withdraw features at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions you make on the basis of a generated or published answer. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
How we handle questions, photos and other data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live.
