Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 August 2026
This policy explains what happens when you ask a question or upload a photo on askaiquestions.net, what other information we collect, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Questions and photos you send
When you type a question or upload a photo, that content is sent to our processing servers and to the third-party AI providers we use to generate the reply. It is processed only to answer the question you asked and any follow-up in the same chat.
We do not sell what you send, publish it in the answer library, or use it to advertise to you. Chat content is kept only as long as needed to return the reply and keep that conversation going.
Please do not send sensitive personal data — medical records, government identification, financial details, or anything covered by a confidentiality obligation. This is a general-purpose tool and is not intended for that kind of material.
The published answer library
The researched answers on this site are editorial pages we write and publish. They are not transcripts of other people’s chats. Asking a question in the chat does not add a page to the library.
Information we collect
- The question and any attached image you submit, so the model can answer.
- A language preference stored in your browser’s local storage, so the interface can reopen in the language you last chose. It is not linked to your name or an account, because the service has no accounts.
- Standard technical data that any web server receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request.
We do not ask you to register, and we do not process payment information — the tool is free and has no paid plan.
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage only for the language preference described above. You can clear it in your browser settings; the site will fall back to English until you choose again.
Who else processes your data
We share data only with the providers we need in order to run the service: the hosting provider that serves this website, and the AI providers that generate chat answers. These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to its use. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Because the service has no accounts, we usually cannot connect a request to a specific person on our own. Write from the address you want us to reply to, and include the date and a short description of what you sent.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of the page always shows when it was last revised.
