Website cancellation, step by step
- Go to crunchyroll.com and sign in.
- Click your profile icon, then Account.
- Go to the Membership or Premium tab.
- Select Cancel Membership (sometimes phrased as "Manage Membership" first, then Cancel).
- Confirm through any retention prompts (Crunchyroll may offer a discount to stay — declining proceeds to cancellation).
What happens after canceling: premium access continues until the end of the current billing period you already paid for — canceling doesn't refund the current period or cut off access immediately. After that date, the account reverts to the free tier (ad-supported, with a delay before new episodes are available and limited simulcast access) rather than being deleted.
