Why removal method matters

• Waxing or threading (which removes hair from the root but generally leaves the follicle undamaged) typically regrows within that 2–4 month range, following a normal cycle.

When regrowth doesn't happen at all: if a spot has been over-plucked for a very long time and shows no signs of new growth after several months, the follicle may be permanently damaged, in which case brow-filling techniques (pencil, powder, tinting, microblading) rather than waiting for regrowth become the practical option.
