How Did Paul Walker Pass Away?

Paul Walker died on November 30, 2013, in a fatal car accident. He was a passenger in a red 2005 Porsche Carrera GT driven by his friend Roger Rodas. The car was speeding between 80 and 100 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone in Santa Clarita, California, when Rodas lost control.

The vehicle crashed into a concrete lamp post and two trees, then burst into flames. Both men were knocked unconscious by the impact. Rodas died instantly from traumatic injuries, while Walker died shortly after from a combination of traumatic injuries and burns. Both bodies were burned beyond recognition and were identified through dental records.

The investigation found no drugs or alcohol involved, nor mechanical failure or road problems. The main cause was excessive speed and the car's handling characteristics.
